Hodge Hill Girls’ School is passionate about ‘Educating Tomorrow’s Women Today’. In school life we aim to improve pupil well-being and to develop every child’s talents and abilities to their full potential.  We aim to ensure that children’s rights are central to our ethos, PRIDE values and culture. To further support this we are continuing our work as a ‘Rights Respecting School’.  This is an award given to schools on behalf of UNICEF UK.  UNICEF is an international children’s charity that works to protect children's rights all around the world in addition UNICEF also support schools to achieve rights respecting status.

We are pleased to have achieved the Bronze Award for 'Recognition of Commitment' and are making good progress towards achieving the Silver Award, 'Rights Aware'.
