Mon - Tue 8.15am – 4.00pm & Wed – Fri 8.15am – 4.05pm

We are seeking to appoint a Level 2 Teaching Assistant to support our pupils in class, individually and in small groups. You will be committed and enthusiastic about helping young people reach their potential. You will be joining an experienced, dedicated SEND team and will work closely with pupils to provide high quality academic intervention and mentoring to support learning and progress. You will be confident, with a talent for inspiring and encouraging others. Ideally you will have a strong academic background, with excellent literacy & numeracy skills (Grade C or above at GCSE or equivalent) in order to be able to offer dedicated and subject-specific support. Previous experience of working in a school or SEND is advantageous, or alternatively any work supporting young people outside of the classroom.

Monday – Friday (8:00am-1:00pm)

We are seeking to appoint an experienced and motivated Building Services Supervisor. The successful candidate will work under the supervision of the Site Manager and the Building Services Manager.
We are looking for a hardworking, enthusiastic, and dedicated team player that can:
- Maintain safety requirements around the building and grounds.
- Site Safety and security
- May include the occasional split shift, and some late night for evening events
- Follow maintenance programmes.
- Complete routine repairs and Maintenance work of building and grounds to a high standard.
- Knowledge of managing site health and safety.
- COSHH knowledge or a willingness to attend training.
- Ability to work and liaise with outside contractors.
- Work effectively in partnership with all stakeholders.
- Work cooperatively as part of a team.
- Be resourceful and committed to ensuring the highest possible standards.
- Display a flexible and practical approach, and a ‘can do’ attitude.
- Communicate effectively with a wide audience including teaching staff, students and parents, as well as the wider community.
- Contribute to the life of the school and its community.
- Take responsibility for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of children and young people within the school.
The ability to remain calm under pressure, to prioritise work and identify and act on issues of Health and Safety are essential.
